Our Pricing Policy
All prices are in US dollars.

Placing Orders
Place your order any time on-line.
Phone your order in @ 1-619-574-9000 Monday to Friday from 10:30 am till 6:00 pm PST.

We currently accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Sales Tax
Sales tax in the amount of 8% will be collected on all taxable items shipped to addresses within the state of California.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. This e-mail will contain your order number. If we have a question about your order, we might contact you via e-mail or phone to resolve the issue.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-10 business days (Standard Delivery). There is no handling charge for any size order. For orders over $49 (not including sales tax) we offer FREE standard shipping to any US address (exluding Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands).

All orders under $49 and shipping within the United States are charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping.

Return Policy
At BotanicalMe.com, your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product(s) within 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt, and indicate how you would like your return to be processed:

If you would like to guarantee your return has arrived, please use a mail service that offers a Tracking Number. We will process your return immediately after we receive it and send you a confirmation email. Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

If you purchased your Botanical Me products at a salon, spa, store or other third party retailer, please contact the store directly for more information on their specific return policy.
